Job Description
We are looking for Customer Support Executive for DP World at Hyderabad location.
Job description
- Updation of Forwarder s DAR & sends that to respective forwarder & customers.
- Updation DAR & send to respective shipping line offices.
- Once stuffed container comes to ICD with original Papers, handover to concerned person.
- Weighment slip / Buffer shifting / Examination shifting / labor arrangement coordination with SIC.
- Shipping line seal & safety seal management with CHA.
- In case shipping line seal is missed, coordination with line for the arrangement of new seal for CHA.
- Container selection coordination with our field staff.
- Liaison with client/ Forwarders regarding their dispatch plan for next day.
- Empty repo plan share & coordination with TPT desk.
- Factory stuffing & DE stuffing plan share with TPT desk.
- Container placement job order arrangement from line surveyor & handover to TPT desk.
- Export load plan preparation after discussion with seals team.
- Sharing of Export load plan with Ops team for railing.
- Updating systems
- Ensuring business continuity of shipper / forwarder
- Sending railing status
- Managing customer queries, requests, complaints.
- MIS Report generation
