We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup and execution of our new diamond jewellery manufacturing project. This role requires strategic leadership across brand creation, product design planning, manufacturing setup, operational workflow structuring, and full inbound-to-outbound management.

The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to jewellery manufacturing, operational excellence, and project lifecycle management.

1️⃣ Brand Strategy & Planning Develop brand positioning strategy for the diamond jewellery segment Define target audience, price positioning & value proposition Create brand identity guidelines (design language, styling consistency) Align product strategy with brand vision Work with marketing teams to define launch roadmap 2️⃣ Design Planning & Product Strategy Plan seasonal collections and core product ranges Define SKU mix (rings, earrings, pendants, bangles, bridal, etc.) Oversee design team execution from concept to CAD Approve prototypes and ensure commercial viability Monitor product lifecycle and innovation roadmap 3️⃣ Manufacturing Setup & Process Planning Establish end-to-end diamond jewellery manufacturing workflow Design SOPs for casting, setting, polishing, finishing, and QC Identify and onboard karigars, vendors, and suppliers Implement process efficiency measures Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Build scalable systems for long-term production growth 4️⃣ Operations & Project Management Create detailed project timelines and milestone plans Manage CapEx and operational budget allocation Define KPIs for departments Coordinate across design, production, procurement, accounts, and sales teams Conduct regular progress reviews and risk assessments Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders 5️⃣ Inbound to Outbound Management Inbound Source and finalize suppliers for gold, diamonds, and findings Monitor procurement cost structures Ensure accurate material tracking & inventory control Production Oversight Supervise production timelines Ensure minimal wastage and cost efficiency Maintain strict quality control standards Outbound Oversee finished goods inspection Plan logistics, dispatch & vendor coordination Ensure timely delivery to retail/export channels
