Job Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to onboard all the diamond suppliers from Surat. We are experiencing a strong period of growth creating the opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team. This position will be working closely with the IT team to ensure the suppliers stocks are up online on Nivoda.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and calling all the diamond suppliers in Surat to register them on Nivoda
- The end goal is to onboard all the suppliers from the Surat
- Working closely with Nivoda tech team and the suppliers to get their stock live
- Help the suppliers with their queries
- Achieve the target rate of onboarding
- Build the relationship with the diamond suppliers in Surat
- Make sure all the suppliers are on our terms
- Bringing back the old suppliers on Nivoda terms
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focus and result oriented
- Fast learner, Driven individual
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software.
- Fluency in MS Excel.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Gets work done, follows through on tasks
- Speaks Gujarati
