Job Description
We are hiring a seasoned Accounts & Finance Manager (CA) with strong experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The role involves managing financial operations, compliance, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
š¼ Financial Operations
Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial processes
Manage general ledger, AP/AR, and financial controls
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
š Financial Planning & Reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
Analyze financial performance and provide insights
Support leadership in strategic financial decisions
š Industry-Specific Accounting
Manage jewellery accounting (gold, diamond inventory, costing)
Monitor margins, profitability, and cost structures
Ensure reconciliation between inventory and accounts
š Compliance & Taxation
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
Ensure timely filing of returns and audit readiness
Manage internal and external audits
š¤ Stakeholder & Team Management
Lead and manage accounts team
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) ā Mandatory
10+ years of experience in Gems & Jewellery industry
Strong knowledge of jewellery accounting systems
Experience in handling large-scale financial operations
Education Requirements
CA (Chartered Accountant)
