We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts & Finance Manager (CA) with strong exposure to the Gems & Jewellery industry. The role involves managing financial operations, compliance, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

💼 Financial Operations Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial management Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data 📊 Financial Planning & Reporting Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Develop MIS reports and dashboards for management Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements 💎 Industry-Specific Accounting Manage jewellery-specific accounting (gold, diamond, and inventory valuation) Monitor costing, margins, and profitability Ensure reconciliation of inventory with financial records 📑 Compliance & Taxation Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to regulations Manage internal and external audits 🤝 Stakeholder & Team Management Lead and manage the accounts team Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants Work closely with leadership for strategic financial decisions

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory 10+ years of experience in Gems & Jewellery industry Strong knowledge of jewellery accounting and inventory systems Experience in managing large-scale financial operations
