Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate jewelry analysis operations to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to GIA protocols and procedures.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and tools required for jewelry analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless workflow integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Jewelry Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in jewelry analysis or related industry operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in jewelry assessment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication skills (English and local languages).
