We seek an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in manufacturing or jewellery sectors.

* Handle full-cycle recruitment for all departments (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding). * Develop HR strategies, policies, and SOPs. * Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management. * Conduct performance appraisals and employee feedback sessions. * Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory norms. * Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities. * Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and HR reporting. * Coordinate with management for manpower planning and staffing.

* 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in jewellery/manufacturing/export industry. * Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and manpower planning. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and handle employee relations tactfully.

MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA with HR specialization, or equivalent HR qualification.
