Job Description
We seek an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in manufacturing or jewellery sectors.
Responsibilities
* Handle full-cycle recruitment for all departments (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
* Develop HR strategies, policies, and SOPs.
* Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
* Conduct performance appraisals and employee feedback sessions.
* Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory norms.
* Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
* Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and HR reporting.
* Coordinate with management for manpower planning and staffing.
Requirements
* 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in jewellery/manufacturing/export industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and manpower planning.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and handle employee relations tactfully.
