We are hiring a seasoned Accounts & Finance Manager (CA) with strong experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The role involves managing financial operations, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
š¼ Financial Management
Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting
š Compliance & Taxation
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and audit requirements
Manage internal and external audits
š Industry-Specific Accounting
Handle jewellery-specific accounting (inventory valuation, gold/diamond accounting)
Monitor costing, margins, and profitability
Ensure proper reconciliation of inventory and financial data
š Reporting & Strategy
Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards
Provide insights for business decision-making
Work closely with leadership for financial planning
š¤ Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage accounts team
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders
Requirements
CA (Chartered Accountant) ā Mandatory
10+ years of experience in Gems & Jewellery industry
Strong knowledge of jewellery accounting and inventory systems
Experience in managing large financial operations
