Job Description
The Retail Jewelry Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail jewelry store.
The Manager will ensure that all customer needs are met, sales goals are achieved, and that the store meets all standards of quality and customer service.
Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Managing staff and providing leadership to ensure employees are meeting customer service standards and sales goals
• Overseeing inventory management, merchandising, displays, and promotions
• Ensuring store is compliant with all policies and procedures
• Handling customer inquiries and issues
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store
• Training new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Retail Store Manager Job Requirements:
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills in a retail environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of jewelry industry and products
•Must have sound track record of Luxury Store Management
•Should be extremely fluent in English and have leadership traits.
•Minimum 7+ years of experience in Retail Store Managerial level is necessary.
