We are looking to hire Sales and Service executive for our Retail Store in Trivandrum. Someone who is passionate about customer care can apply.

Responsibilities 

• Explain products and services to customers.
• Understand the buying power of the region.
• Welcome and identify customer needs.
• Enter and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Merchandise jewellery displays and keeps an inventory.
• Responsible for the Sales Counter.
• Display all items on the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
• Responsible to check stocks/items received from Store Room and tally them with the previous day's closing stock.

Requirements

• Minimum experience in sales as well as freshers are welcome.
• Interest in sales, and customer service in the jewellery industry is a big plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills
• Candidate should be well groomed, honest and trustworthy.
• Educational qualification - Minimum Plus 2/Diploma/Degree
