Retail Sales Executive

At Bluestone, we are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team! 

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect product for their needs, providing advice on the best products and services available, and increasing overall sales.

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 
 

• Engage customers in conversation in order to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions 
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and availability 
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience 
• Develop knowledge of all products available in store 
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers 
• Maintain accurate records of customer-related activities 
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 
 

• Proven track record of successful sales experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of relevant products, services and industry standards
