Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and staff management.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide feedback to improve overall store performance.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Manage the store budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Train and develop staff to build a strong team and maximize their potential.

Retail Store Manager Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in retail management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, customer service, and finance.
• Knowledgeable in current trends in the retail industry

• At least 3+ years experience in Jewelry Retail is preferred.
