Retail Senior Sales Executive

At Bluestone, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! 

As a Senior Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Retail Senior Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives 
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed in a timely manner 
• Monitor and analyze sales data to ensure targets are being met 
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior sales personnel 
• Establish relationships with key clients and partners 
• Negotiate contracts with customers 
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales

Retail Senior Sales Executive Job Requirements: 
 

• Proven track record of success in retail sales 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills 
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• At least 1 year experience in Retail Sales is a must
