Job Description
Manage customer lifecycle, client engagement, retention, and post-sales communication through structured CRM operations.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain and segment customer data in CRM systems
2. Plan and execute SMS, WhatsApp, email follow-up campaigns
3. Track repeat business and engagement metrics
4. Manage post-sales service, complaint resolution, and feedback
5. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and store teams
6. Generate analytical reports on customer behavior & business contribution
7. Improve customer experience and retention strategies
8. Manage loyalty programs and VIP customer communication
Requirements
1. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and customer segmentation
2. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data
3. Strong communication and follow-up discipline
4. Understanding of diamond jewelry customer buying lifecycle
5. Ability to present insights and business recommendations
