Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day customer communications via WhatsApp Business.
- Log customer inquiries, assist with orders, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (leads, conversions, response times, etc.). - Analyze CRM data to report trends and suggest process improvements.
- Work with Sales & Operations teams to bolster reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business API and CRM software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
- Excellent written communication and customer service acumen. - Analytical approach, organizational abilities, and precision.
