Job Description 

We are looking for a Jewellery Production Head/ Manager who has strong experience in gold and diamond production (should have knowledge in Making High-end Jewellery in Diamond, Gold & Polki) 

He should be able to handle unit independently. 

Key responsibilities:

 Taking care of the goldsmiths, getting additional goldsmiths, quality control of each stage and each item produced, overseeing 3D and printing, planning the production for a month ahead and so on. 

Understanding the demand requirement of customers; planning and monitoring production process; coordinating with other departments; ensuring quality check of the finished product and delivery of jewellery on time as per order. 

Planning and organising production schedules assessing project and resource requirements.

Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers ensuring that health and safety regulations are met determining quality control standards.

Overseeing production processes. 

Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary. 

Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials. 

Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. 

Requirements:

Applicants must have good experience in the related field.

Good computer skills as all our production process is monitored via Excel and our ERP
