The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of a retail store, including customer service, team management, inventory control, and sales growth.

Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including setting goals, planning and scheduling staff, and overseeing customer service initiatives 
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales, expenses, and other financial information 
• Monitor customer service levels to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction 
• Ensure that products are displayed correctly and attractively 
• Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed 
• Develop strategies to maximize profitability and increase sales 
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth 
• Train and lead store staff to achieve company objectives 
• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

Retail Store Manager Job Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a retail store manager in a Luxury Store is a must

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field 
• Excellent understanding of retail operational requirements 
• Outstanding customer service skills 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills  
• Ability to motivate team members to lead and execute well
