We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our jewelry retail store. 

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing daily operations, sales, customer service, and inventory control.

Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store goals
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that are visually appealing and enticing to customers
- Set and achieve sales goals by analyzing sales data and trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Retail Store Manager Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing staff
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively 
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
