Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure competitive prices.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and order products accordingly to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased products meet our quality standards.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage purchasing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
