Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage showroom staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Organize and oversee the showroom's layout and visual merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
• Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a retail setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• High school diploma; further education in management or relevant field is a plus
