Transaction Management: Process customer billing accurately using POS systems (e.g., Wizapp, Ginesys). Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. • Billing & Compliance: Issue accurate tax invoices, credit notes, exchange slips, and refund slips according to company policy. For fabric sales, verify correct HSN codes and generate E-Way bills if required. • Cash Reconcilliation: Count and verify the cash drawer at the start and end of every shift. Maintain a daily balance sheet to track cash inflow/outflow and report any discrepancies immediately. • Customer Interaction: Greet arriving and departing customers politely. Resolve basic billing queries and guide customers through the store's return and exchange processes. • Store Coordination: Maintain a clean and well-stocked billing counter. Assist the sales team during peak hours by bagging purchases or answering general product enquiries.
