Transaction Management: Process customer billing accurately using POS systems (e.g., Wizapp, Ginesys). Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. • Billing & Compliance: Issue accurate tax invoices, credit notes, exchange slips, and refund slips according to company policy. For fabric sales, verify correct HSN codes and generate E-Way bills if required. • Cash Reconcilliation: Count and verify the cash drawer at the start and end of every shift. Maintain a daily balance sheet to track cash inflow/outflow and report any discrepancies immediately. • Customer Interaction: Greet arriving and departing customers politely. Resolve basic billing queries and guide customers through the store's return and exchange processes. • Store Coordination: Maintain a clean and well-stocked billing counter. Assist the sales team during peak hours by bagging purchases or answering general product enquiries.

Experience: 1–3 years in retail cashiering, ideally within the ethnic wear or fashion industry. • Numerical Accuracy: Strong mathematical skills for handling complex transactions and returning correct change without errors. • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in retail software, POS terminals, and barcode scanners. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting is a plus. • Soft Skills: Honesty, patience during busy festive seasons, and a presentable, professional appearance.

Minimum 10+2 (High School) graduate; a degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
