Outbound Engagement: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to introduce new ethnic collections, seasonal fabrics, and festive offers. • Enquiry Conversion: Actively follow up on leads from social media or walk-in enquiries to convert them into confirmed store visits or orders. • Product Information: Provide detailed information regarding fabric types (e.g., silks, handlooms), embroidery techniques, and customization options. • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and resolving any product or service-related queries promptly. • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, call logs, and feedback in the store's CRM or database system. • Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly call volume and lead conversion targets as set by management.

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred; experience in the textile or retail industry is a significant advantage. • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language and Hindi/English to interact effectively with a diverse clientele. • Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle objections professionally and use persuasive techniques to influence customer interest. • Technical Literacy: Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM software for data entry and reporting. • Attributes: Patience, resilience in handling rejections, and a positive, professional phone etiquette.
