Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts. Handle sales billing, purchase entries, expenses, receipts, and payments . Reconcile daily cash, UPI, card, bank, and other payment collections . Maintain and verify customer payment records and outstanding balances. Coordinate with the sales team for billing, payments, exchanges, returns, and related documentation. Maintain jewellery-related purchase and sales records accurately. Assist in stock reconciliation and verification of jewellery inventory records . Maintain proper records of expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports. Handle GST-related entries, invoices, and documentation and coordinate with the external CA when required. Assist with TDS, bank reconciliation, and other statutory accounting requirements. Ensure all accounting documents, bills, vouchers, and supporting records are properly maintained. Identify discrepancies in billing, payments, or accounting records and resolve them promptly. Support management with basic financial reports and information whenever required. Requirements
