Job Description-

• Supervise HR programs and campaigns 
• Manage the labor issues like code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
• Update the database to strengthen the organization’s base through authentic records
• Develops initiatives like culture familiarity, succession planning, diversity, and inclusion
• Research and develop strategies that work best to attract and retain knowledgeable and skillful candidates 
• Help in establishing a better work environment by preventing litigation and inquiring about various discrimination and harassment cases between employees
• Contributes to establishing the workspace safety by conducting time to time inspections to ensure whether the safety policies are being followed or not
• Monitor the HR department and ongoing HR processes
• Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and human resources vice president for a productive outcome and better targeting of organizational goal

Skills-

• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software 
• Solid understanding of labor legislation.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
