Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire jewellery production process, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Manage a team of artisans, designers, and other production staff.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control at every stage of production.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the practicality and feasibility of new designs.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during production.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jewellery Production Manager or a similar role in the jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing techniques and materials.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
