Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost average transaction value.

2. Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement at all times.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and grievances effectively and professionally.

3. Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance.
• Create duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

4. Store Operations

• Monitor visual merchandising and product displays as per brand guidelines.
• Manage security protocols, billing systems, and compliance with SOPs.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage and discrepancies.
