Job Description
The Jewellery Store Manager at Tanishq is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations to ensure a premium customer experience, drive revenue growth, and maintain the brand’s reputation for trust and quality. This role demands leadership, operational efficiency, and strong customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost average transaction value.
2. Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement at all times.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and grievances effectively and professionally.
3. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance.
- Create duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
4. Store Operations
- Monitor visual merchandising and product displays as per brand guidelines.
- Manage security protocols, billing systems, and compliance with SOPs.
5. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage and discrepancies.
6. Marketing & Promotions
- Implement in-store marketing activities and local promotions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to execute new product launches and campaigns.
