 Responsible for designing, producing and timely delivering Dies to press shop.  Plan and execute the required production from press shop as per schedules  Directing the Designers, Die makers and press shop team to meet the set the targets.  Responsible for maintaining the all equipment in good condition.  Maintaining of production log and MIS related Tool room.  Preparing Budget for entire tool room and Die shop and maintained with in.  Interact and collaborate with key internal customers and meet their requirements.  Engage with Vendors whenever required and maintain good relations.  Responsible over all Inventory and ensure physical vs Systems stock.  Ensure the training of associates on enhancing the skills required to perform.  Lead the cross functional teams in die design, die repair and die assembly.  Identify Tooling issues, determine corrective action and implement continuous improvement.  Designing of form dies, Line dies and progressive Dies using Auto CAD and solid works etc.  Responsible to ensure the high-end quality Press tool dies manufacturing standards required by SJ customers. Develop efficient making system, utilizing industry best practices, and upholding strict quality standards.
