Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager to lead end-to-end retail store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of jewellery retail, and the ability to manage high-performing teams while achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
Oversee complete store operations including opening/closing, compliance, and security
Ensure adherence to brand SOPs and retail standards
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
Monitor daily store performance and operational efficiency
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, average ticket size, and footfall
Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling by the team
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and floor staff
Conduct regular training on product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor individual performance and provide feedback
Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture
4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure delivery of a premium and personalized customer experience
Handle escalations and high-value/VIP clients
Drive customer retention through relationship-building initiatives
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
5. Inventory & Stock Management
Oversee inventory planning, stock audits, and reconciliation
Ensure stock availability and minimize shrinkage
Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
6. Reporting & Business Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
Analyze trends, competitor activity, and market insights
Provide actionable inputs to management for growth
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in retail store management (jewellery/luxury preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent understanding of retail KPIs and customer behavior
Experience in handling high-value transactions and premium clientele
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
