Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and floor staff Conduct regular training on product knowledge and sales techniques Monitor individual performance and provide feedback Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture 4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management Ensure delivery of a premium and personalized customer experience Handle escalations and high-value/VIP clients Drive customer retention through relationship-building initiatives Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements 5. Inventory & Stock Management Oversee inventory planning, stock audits, and reconciliation Ensure stock availability and minimize shrinkage Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams Maintain accurate records in ERP systems 6. Reporting & Business Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports Analyze trends, competitor activity, and market insights Provide actionable inputs to management for growth
