Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information, including design, material, and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain store displays and ensure all jewellery items are presented attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery styles, gemstones, and metals (training will be provided if needed).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
