Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery needs.
• Provide product information and advice to customers.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and displays are arranged neatly.
• Assist with billing and payment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewellery and customer service.
• Basic computer skills for billing purposes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
