Monitor metal loss during manufacturing process Maintain gold inward/outward register Track wastage and recovery processes Monitor karigar accounts (metal issued vs returned) Conduct production audits Prepare loss analysis and daily/weekly reports Coordinate with production, QC, and accounts teams

Strong understanding of jewellery production flow Knowledge of gold loss control & wastage calculation Experience handling karigar and central gold accounts Strong analytical and reporting skills 4–6 years in jewellery manufacturing
