Wanted Junior Retail Sales Executive for Surat

The Junior Retail Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to enhance the customer experience in a retail store setting.

Junior Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a high level of customer service standards and ensure all customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
• Assist customers with their queries, offering advice and product knowledge where appropriate.
• Utilize product knowledge to increase sales and generate new business opportunities. 
• Support management in developing promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase store footfall.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently. 
• Ensure all products are priced accurately and maintained in good quality condition. 
• Monitor stock levels, re-order stock as necessary, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new products.

Junior Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

• Proven track record of success in retail sales environment. 
• Knowledge of retail sales processes and techniques.

• 1+ year of retail sales experience preferred 
• Knowledge of product lines and inventory management systems 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience working in Luxury Retail Brands is preferred.
