Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational activities
Monitor processes, productivity, and efficiency
Coordinate between sales, backend, and vendors
Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards
Ensure timely execution of tasks and process improvements
Handle vendor coordination and documentation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations (any industry)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Excel and reporting
