Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a nationwide B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team across key regions.
- Identify potential clients (manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers) and establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in the jewellery, luxury goods, or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with the jewellery market and industry trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
