Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help create an exceptional customer experience. 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations while providing support to the Store Manager.

Assistant Store Manager Job Responsibilities: 

-Assist with day-to-day operations of the store 
-Provide excellent customer service 
-Create and manage retail sales promotions 
-Train and supervise staff 
-Ensure that store policies and procedures are being followed 
-Track inventory and order supplies 
-Resolve customer complaints and inquiries

Assistant Store Manager Job Requirements: 

-HSC or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
-2+ years of experience in retail management 
-Excellent communication and organizational skills 
-Strong customer service skills 
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
