Job Description
Hiring for a Business Development Executive to bring in business for our manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Assisting in crafting business proposals, mails and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Requirements:
- Should have prior experience working with the clients of local market.
- Proven years of experience in working/managing teams.
- Graduation or above(BBA or MBA)
- Good communication skill
- Good computer knowledge
- Good personality and negotiation skill
- Good business acumen
- Good Analytical and problem solving
- Should be flexible and good Time management skills
