Job Description

We are looking for a Business development Executive for our Surat Location.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. 
  •  Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. 
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. 
  •  Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. 
  •  Assisting in crafting business proposals, mails and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. 
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. 
  •  Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate 
  •  Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department 

 

Qualifications & Required Skills: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working/managing teams.
  • Graduation or above(BBA or MBA)
  • Good communication skill
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Good personality and negotiation skill
  • Good business acumen
  • Good Analytical and problem solving
  • Should be flexible and good Time management skills
