Job Summary:
We are looking for a cashier/Sales Assistant who is responsible for all the cash transaction/billing/Inventory Stock activities in the store with 2-3 years of experience as a cashier.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the smooth processing of promotions during billing.
- Handle exchanges, returns and escalated customer complaints as per the company policy
- Record and tally inward and outward bills on a daily basis
- Maintain records of all the expenses
- Maintain record and receipts of Credit Card payments
- Stock and Scan goods on a daily basis/Manage Memo Items and ensure pricing is accurate
- Followup on Parcel Dispatch
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Knowledge of working on billing system- Gati Software- SmartJewel and MS Excel
Qualifications and Skills
Graduate with a Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience as a cashier.
Should be from Gold/Diamond/Jewelry Industry
Time : 10.30 AM to 9 PM
