We are looking for Communication trainer with 5+ Years of work experience into L&D role.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to utilize industry accepted tools for evaluation like Versant and benchmarks like CEFR levels to assess training impact
- Communication Enhancement Program - Design, implement, evaluate, and facilitate online, instructor led and blended training programs to enhance employee communication skills.
- New Program Management Identifying training need, assessment, course design, and delivery for new requirements shared by business
- Implement effective strategies to engage learners (remote learning / peer learning) with tools introduced during sessions across different platforms, including communicating to the stakeholders
- Freshers training program - Upgrade, deliver and evaluate content for new hires
- Mentor and shadow junior trainers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for any communication needs that the company might need
- Feedback analysis to understand the impact of the program at different levels, and communication with stakeholders
- Collaboration with other teams
