Job Description
The Domestic Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the domestic sales strategy of a jewellery brand.
This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. The Domestic Sales Manager will be the face of the company and will need to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Domestic Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a domestic sales strategy that meets the company’s objectives
• Establish key relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers within the industry
• Establish sales goals and quotas and track performance
• Analyze customer data to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas of growth
• Plan and attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the brand
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits
• Develop effective marketing campaigns to drive sales
• Manage sales staff to ensure they are meeting targets
• Monitor performance metrics to assess effectiveness
Job Requirements:
• Must have solid Jewelry Domestic Sales in B2B space
• Atleast 5+ yrs experience with Sales
