Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information, order status updates, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues quickly.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve our products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service (jewelry/fashion industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer service software (CRM tools).
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
