Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information, order status updates, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve our products and services.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service (jewelry/fashion industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office and customer service software (CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
