We are looking to hire Business Development Manager for Surat.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs, develop & deliver products to address customer requirements, seek feedback from clients on services provided and constantly monitor & review quality benchmarks / norms to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Propose new concepts, collections & products to customers.
• Coordinate with design dept for new R&D. Research work & make presentation's on trends, looks & sourcing for new sample line development.
• Create effective sales strategies to meet monthly sales & collection targets for week/month.
• Continuous need identification & presenting of relevant business proposals in coordination with the sales team to increase the share of available/ existing business.
• Making Excel sheets for pricing & managing contracts, invoicing, billing & collections.
• Collaborate with all relevant units (production, diamond department, design & accounts) for streamlining & monitoring the management of all orders.
• Attending jewellery exhibitions for buying / research & visiting old & new customer for sales.

Skills

• Background in customer service.
• Jewellery industry knowledge is a plus along with  good understanding of diamond jewellery, diamond & sales process.
• Proficient MS office with working knowledge of CRM platforms, knowledge of smart jewel ERP of Gatisoft would be an added advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills.
• English fluency is must.
• Proven exp as CRM
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding targets.
• Experience tracking relevant KPI's (Eg. customer satisfaction)
• A customer oriented atitude.
• Good understanding of IT. ( website, price, estimates etc)
