Retail Sales Officer

We are Hiring a RETAIL SALES OFFICER for our Organization at CARATLANE with 0-5 years of experience in sales.

 Requirements : 

• Decent English communication skill 
• Presentable and confident
•  Ready to work as counter sales for a Jewelry store
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. 

Experience and qualification:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• HSC + Experience in retail sales.
• Graduate
