The candidate will be responsible for store planning, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring timely execution of retail store fit-outs while maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings. * Design new retail stores, kiosks, and renovation projects as per brand guidelines. * Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments. * Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth project execution. * Review BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates. * Monitor site progress and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. * Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing) consultants for service integration. * Ensure compliance with local building regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory approvals. * Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical support during execution. * Maintain project documentation, drawings, and as-built records. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * 1-3 years of experience in retail, commercial, or interior architecture. Experience in jewellery or fashion retail is preferred. * Knowledge of retail store planning and fit-out execution. Technical Skills * AutoCAD * SketchUp / Revit * Adobe Photoshop * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specifications Desired Skills * Strong design and space planning skills. * Good understanding of retail customer flow and visual merchandising concepts. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Timely completion of store design drawings. * On-time execution and handover of retail projects. * Compliance with quality and brand standards. * Effective project cost control and material optimization. * Accuracy of drawings with minimal site revisions. * Successful coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
