We are hiring experienced Merchandiser and Senior Merchandiser professionals with strong local market jewellery experience. The role involves managing end-to-end product development, coordinating with CAD, design, and sales teams, and ensuring timely execution aligned with market trends.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end merchandising for local jewellery collections
Lead and supervise a team of 15 CAD designers
Coordinate with CAD, manual designers, production, and sales teams
Translate market trends and sales inputs into commercially viable designs
Plan product lines based on local market demand and customer preferences
Monitor sample development, corrections, approvals, and timelines
Ensure cost control and margin alignment
Review CAD designs for feasibility, aesthetics, and manufacturing readiness
Act as a bridge between creative teams and business requirements
Requirements
Strong experience in local jewellery market merchandising
Proven team-handling capability
In-depth understanding of jewellery design-to-production workflow
Strong decision-making and coordination skills
