Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer database
• Handle customer calls and queries
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Support in customer feedback and after-sales service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year CRM experience in a jewellery company
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, emails, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team
