Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for lab grown diamond jewellery.
• Ensure attractive product displays that align with the brand and boost sales.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand fast-moving products and customer feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lab grown diamonds and industry trends.
• Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years experience in retail merchandising, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong understanding of lab grown diamonds and current jewellery trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for display and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
