Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenues 
• Should have good knowledge in Gold Appraising and Valuation 
• Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer
•  Should be able to maintain accounting process , records and handling cash in the branch for Gold loan transactions 
• Should have experience in handling Gold Loan management 
• Build trust by handling customer objections 
• Build a long term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals 
• Must be able to do field visit for prolonged gold loans 

Qualification: Candidates should have prior working experience in Gold Loan Companies 

Must be a graduate and computer literate 

Min 5 yrs exp in the field of Gold Loan Management
