Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenues 

Should have good knowledge in Gold Appraising and Valuation Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer 

Should be able to maintain accounting process , records and handling cash in the branch for Gold loan transactions 

Should have experience in handling Gold Loan management 

Build trust by handling customer objections 

Build a long term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals 

Must be able to do field visit for prolonged gold loans 

Qualification: Candidates should have prior working experience in Gold Loan Companies 

Must be a graduate and computer literate 

Min 5 yrs exp in the field of Gold Loan Management
