Product Manager

We are looking to hire a product manager who is passionate about taking up ideas and bringing them to life. You will engage with our customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with key partners. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales and support to ensure that word gets out to people and they get to see what you are building.

Responsibilities
 

• As part of the product team, help build the product vision and execute on the prioritised roadmap for your product area by working with engineers and designers to ship features and product improvements
• Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs, help shape wireframes and workflows
• Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
• Meaningfully engage with the customers to be on top of customer feedback and obtain actionable insights into the solutions we are building
• Be data-driven and use data to make informed decisions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, and marketing teams to formulate problem statements and solutions
• Collaborate with the data team to help build instrumentation for reporting and visualisations of usage, metrics and analytics.
   

Requirement
 

• Three or more years experience in product management
• A people friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
• Have strong presentation skills
• Ability to think creative and solve problem
• Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
• Prior experience in development or program management will be a plus
  • Prior experience in a product startup will be a plus
